Guar Gum is used in the gluten-free baking process to bind, thicken and blend gluten-free ingredients together, as well as a thickener and emulsifier for sauces and dressings. Duinkerken's Guar Gum is produced in a dedicated dairy, egg, gluten, wheat, nut, and soy free facility.
Ingredients: Cherries, Water, Erythritol, Pectin, Rowan berry extract, Lemon powder, Citric acid, Stevia extract, Calcium citrate.
