Order Processing Time
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving the order - unless otherwise noted on the order page.
Shipping and Delivery
Currently, our online store is only set up to fill orders for Local Pick up (Downtown Guelph, ON) or Local Delivery ($7 within Guelph city boundary).
If you are unsatisfied with a product in your order, a full refund, less any shipping costs, will be provided, with a receipt of your purchase and the return of your product within 30 days of your purchase. If an adverse reaction was had from the product, your contact information will also need to be recorded as per Health Canada guidelines.
Please return the product to the store you purchased the item from, with your invoice and the credit card that you purchased your product with, to process the refund.
Contact Us Form
Please use the “Contact Us Form” on the online order site to ask any questions from Customer Support including issues with damaged product, missing orders, incorrect orders, invoice issues etc. Replies to all emails will be returned in 1-3 business days. Once the issue has been clearly understood, it will be promptly resolved.
Sold Out or Discontinued Items
Occasionally an item is sold out and we may need to issue a refund or cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged for sold out items. We encourage you to come back to the website and see when it is back in stock if you wish to order that item.
Typographical Errors & Errors in Pricing
We strive for accuracy in the information presented on our website. In the event of typographical errors, or errors in pricing, we will make every effort for good customer service, but such errors cannot be honoured.
