Microwave: Remove cover and place the pad in the microwave on a plate, heating for up to 2 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove cover. Once it reaches temperature, turn off the oven and place the pad on a pan. Allow to warm in the preheated oven 12 minutes.
WHEN TO USE: As-needed for relief from painful cramps. Safe for overnight use.
