This coffee is a medium roast from Peru. It's farmed by the Cafe Femenino Co-op which is a co-op run entirely by indigenous women in the area. This coffee has a great sweetness to it. Flavours of toasted bread, sweet potato, and cinnamon are at the forefront in this coffee.
