This MC Dairy cream cheese is certified organic and made with 100% Canadian milk. With 25% milk fat, it's flavour and creaminess are unmatched. Beyond the bagel, use this cream cheese to add a tangy creaminess to your mashed potatoes, or as the base of a garlic cream sauce for pasta, or your favourite dips, or try it whipped up into a cream cheese frosting for desserts.

About M-C Dairy:
M-C Dairy has recently started sourcing milk from three Ontario farms that raise Jersey cows. Jersey cow milk is higher in butterfat and protein than other breeds of cows' milk, thus making a richer more flavourful milk product. The farms they source from are also certified organic, and meet the 80% grassfed requirements for the Dairy Farmers of Ontario's Grassfed Protocol.
