Canada #1 White honey is derived from the blooming meadow flowers such as dandelion, shepherd's purse, thyme, white and red clover, mouse peas, meadow thistle, wild mallow, St. John's wort, cow parsnip, cornflower, sage, chicory, motherwort, and many other nectar producing plants. Wildflower honey has a strong sweet, very pleasant taste. Its flavour and aroma reminds of a bouquet of blooming meadow grasses. This honey has very high nutritional as well as medicinal properties, for example, it is well known for its antibacterial properties and emollient, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
